One per post! We currently don't have much free space. Smile

Why not ban attachments and make people hotlink instead? Imageshack is good and has a program uploading direct from PC without having to go through the site.

RE: Maps of Europe
I guess some people are used to attaching images to their posts but yes, hotlinking images is preferable if people know how to use it.

When I had a forum I disabled attachments (apart from avatars) to save my bandwidth. Some people really just don't care and will upload lots of huge files on picture threads...
Have I convinced you yet? Big Grin

Actually...

That's our hosting plan. But loads of pictures could kill server CPU with too many requests, so basically, yes, if you can, use hotlinking. Big Grin Big Grin

I see now. Smile Now, how to convince such people to rejoin their ethnic kin politically too? I have my eye on Berwickshire and Roxburghshire, you see.... ;)

Hilariously, Wikipedia doesn't even have an article on the Treaty of Newcastle 1334! http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?sear...l%3ASearch
These 'political-Scots' need to shake off their ethno-amnesia.... ;)

Ah yeah, when your Dabhaidh was in the pocket of notre Henri Roi.... ;)

A badly written page in general. Says the county-butchering was in 1994 instead of '74, for a start off. Can't be arsed checking the rest. Tongue
