They have chosen the parliamentary road, which in itself is a mistake these days, but if you do it you have to remain opposition until you have won a safe majority, as part of the government you can only lose and will only lose.

Not in haunts of marble chill,
Temples drear where ancients trod,—
Nay, in oaks on woody hill
Lives and moves the German God.

Seems likely that they will continue within the government while the smaller Halla-ahoite wing will move to the opposition. Dramatic stuff.

Looks like Soini & Co have started to enjoy their lives as government ministers too much.

One cannot completely discount the possibility that this was the plan all along, hatched together with Orpo and Sipilä.

Some of the more absurd and hilarious twists have included allegations of "nazi salutes" by TF members at the party congress where Halla-aho was elected chairman. Also talk about "dark forces" that have "infiltrated the party" by none other than Shimon "Bibi" Binyamin Elo (Simon Elo) who himself had no qualms about campaigning with anti-immigration themes among these "dark forces".

One of the pictures of the claimed "nazi salutes" involved a vote concerning the TF presidential candidate. The other suspect moment, a video, was shot when the Halla-aho was announced the winner of the election and people were celebrating.

This is a fucking farce. Facepalmoh lol!thumbs down???Tongue

Oh and some of the people in the pictures have filed police reports of the allegations Big Grin

Now it is time that Mr. Halla-aho understood how wrong it was to flirt with democracy within the party and made the führerprinzip its key pillar.

(((Kike))) Elomaa, one of the MPs who left the party during the split is now returning to the True Finns parliametary goup after negative feedback from voters. Halla-aho is encouraging others, who were scared into splitting from the party to reconsider.
